一、固體氫氧化鉀泄漏應急處理隔離泄漏污染區，周?chē)O警告標志，建議應急處理人員戴好防毒面具，穿化學(xué)防護服。不要直接接觸泄漏物，用潔清的鏟子收集于干燥凈潔有蓋的容器中，以少量加入大量水中，調節至中性，再放入廢水系統。也可以用大量水沖洗，經(jīng)稀釋的洗水放入廢水系統。如大量泄漏，收集回收或無(wú)害處理后廢棄。

　　三、急救措施固體氫氧化鉀皮膚接觸：立即用水沖洗至少15分鐘。若有灼傷，就醫治療。眼睛接觸：立即提起眼瞼，用流動(dòng)清水或生理鹽水沖洗至少15分鐘?；蛴?%硼酸溶液沖洗。就醫。吸入：迅速脫離現場(chǎng)至空氣新鮮處。必要時(shí)進(jìn)行人工呼吸。就醫。食入：患者清醒時(shí)立即漱口，口服稀釋的醋或檸檬汁，就醫。
